A website, and secure servers behind it.
The website shows quotes and order pages. Everything that moves money runs on separate secure servers, which check every open order every fifteen seconds. We search the bridges and exchanges we support for the best route between the two networks.
What talks to what
Each one does one job
The secure servers handle the money
They give each order its own deposit address, and every transfer, bridge and refund is decided on them from the order record. The website only ever reads. They cannot be reached from the internet at all.
Built for the boring failures
Underpayments, late payments, a route that prices but will not build, a chain that accepts a transaction and then fails it. Each has a written rule, and the unclear cases stop and wait rather than guess with your money.
Routing
We search the bridges and exchanges we support for the best route between the two networks, build the transaction, and report the transfer until it completes on the destination.
One address per order, and only that address is watched
Each order gets a fresh address of its own, and we only ever look at that one address for your payment. Two people bridging the same amount on the same chain can never be confused, and an address is never shown twice.
Never shared
No address is shared between orders or shown twice, so your payment can never be mistaken for somebody else's.
Confirmed, then sent on
A deposit counts once it has the confirmations that chain needs. Then it is bridged to you, or refunded to you.
Never reused
Do not save a deposit address and do not send a second payment to one. A second payment to a finished order needs a person to sort out.
A wrong letter is caught before you send
Every receiving and refund address is decoded and checksummed for its chain before a deposit address is even issued. A typo is refused with a plain sentence, not discovered after the money has moved.
Ethereum-style addresses
Mixed-case 0x addresses carry a checksum in their capitalisation. We compute it and refuse a mismatch.
Bitcoin addresses
bc1…, 1… and 3… addresses all carry their own checksum, and we check it before anything is issued.
Solana and Tron addresses
Decoded and length-checked for the chain, so an address from the wrong family is refused before anything is issued.
Its whole life, drawn
Every state has a name and a rule
Awaiting deposit, confirmed, bridging, awaiting fill, completed. Expired orders that get a late deposit are refunded. A bridge whose outcome cannot be confirmed is never auto-refunded on a guess: it is held and reviewed, because funds may already have left custody.
And what we do
Your wallet stays yours
There is nothing to connect and nothing to approve. You send from your own wallet, exchange or app, exactly as you would to any other address.
An account
No login, no password, no identity. The order ID is the only handle on an order, for you and for us.
Your IP
Site analytics store a hashed IP, never the raw one, tied to a random session cookie and not to any identity.
Your deposit, for long
It passes through just long enough to be bridged or refunded. There is no balance sitting with us.
Ready when you are
A quote commits you to nothing. The deposit address is only issued once you accept it.
