How it works

Three steps. No account, no wallet connection.

You are moving coins from one blockchain to another. This page is the whole process, the things you need before you start, how long you have, and what happens when something does not go to plan.

The steps

From a price to funds on the other chain

01

Get a quote

Pick what you are sending and what you want to receive, give us a receiving address on the destination chain and a refund address on the origin chain, and we show you a quote: the amount leaving your wallet, roughly what arrives at the other end, the whole cost in one line, and how long the price stands. Nothing has been created and nothing has been sent yet. This is a price, not an order.

02

Confirm, and send to your deposit address

Confirming creates the order and gives you a deposit address made for this order alone, with the exact amount, the network named, and a QR code. You send from your own wallet, exchange or app, whenever you are ready. Copying is safer than typing.

03

Receive on the other chain

Once your deposit is confirmed on-chain we swap it and send the result to your receiving address. The order page updates on its own from waiting for your deposit, to seeing it, to swapping, to done, with the transaction links as they happen. No refresh needed.

What you need

Four things, and two of them are addresses you must get right

There is nothing to sign up for. The order ID you get at the end is the only way to find your order again, so save it somewhere before you close the page.

Something to send from

Any wallet, exchange or app that can send the coin on the origin network. You never connect it to us; you just send from it.

A receiving address

A wallet you control on the chain you are receiving on. Check it twice: transfers cannot be reversed by us or anyone else.

A refund address

Your safety net on the chain you are sending from, usually the wallet you send from. Only ever used if the swap fails.

Nothing about you

No email, no name, nothing to sign up for. The order ID is the whole relationship, which is why it is worth saving before you close the page.

The clock

How long you have to send

A quote is a price, and prices move. The same clock is how long we watch your deposit address for your payment.

30 minutes

EVM networks

Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum and OP Mainnet: 30 minutes to send your deposit after you confirm.

30 minutes

Solana, Tron and Sui

30 minutes. Fast chains, but a late deposit still needs a person to sort out, so the clock matters.

3 hours

Bitcoin

3 hours, because a Bitcoin payment simply takes longer to arrive.

90 minutes

Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Zcash and Aptos

90 minutes to pay, from your own wallet rather than an exchange: the order is tied to the address you pay from, and anything sent back goes there.

What if

When something does not go to plan

Every one of these has a written rule, and the unclear ones stop and wait for a person rather than guess with your money.

The clock runs out before I send

Do nothing. Nothing is lost and nothing was taken. Start a new order at the current price.

My payment arrives after the clock runs out

It is not lost. We still see it, but it needs a person to sort out rather than going through automatically. Keep your order ID and get in touch.

I sent a bit less, or a bit more

A different amount is not lost, but it has to be re-quoted or refunded, and either way it takes longer. Underpayments wait two minutes in case the balance is still settling, then follow the policy.

I sent on the wrong network

The same-looking address on a different chain is a different place. Tell us your order ID in the chat right away so we can see what is possible.

The price moved after my quote

Prices and bridge costs shift between the quote and your deposit confirming. Just before we bridge we ask for a fresh quote, and if it would pay you more than 1 % less than you were quoted, the order stops rather than quietly paying you less.

The bridge could not complete

Funds go back to the refund address you gave, on the origin chain, minus any network fees already incurred. The order page shows the refund transaction the moment it is sent.

The order ID

Treat it like a receipt you would not hand to a stranger

There is no account here and nothing is emailed to you unless you ask, so this code is the only way back to your order. Anyone who has it can see the order. Save it somewhere you will still have tomorrow, and keep it out of screenshots you share. If you have lost it, look in your browser history for this site: the order page address contains it.

Ready when you are

A quote commits you to nothing. The deposit address is only issued once you accept it.
