Support

Talk to a person, on the order page.

The chat opens on every page, bottom right. On an order page the order ID travels with the message, so nobody asks you for it. Anything with money in it is looked at first.

Hi. Your order is bridging: the deposit confirmed four minutes ago and the transfer is on its way to Arbitrum.
Great, thanks. Do I need to keep the page open?
No. Keep the order ID and come back any time; the page shows the transaction links once it lands.

On the swap page and on every order page. The automated answers cover the common questions instantly; anything else reaches a person. Quote the order ID if you are not writing from its page.

Find an order

Paste the order ID and go straight to its status page. Because there are no accounts, this code is the only way back to an order.

Statuses

What the line on the order page means

It moves from waiting for your deposit, to seeing it, to swapping, to done. Two statuses mean a person is involved rather than the machine.

Awaiting deposit

We are watching your deposit address. Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, before the clock runs out.

Deposit confirmed · bridging

Your payment is in and the swap is under way. The bridge transaction link appears here as soon as it is sent.

Awaiting fill · completed

The transfer has left and is landing on the destination chain. Completed means it has arrived at your receiving address.

Needs attention · refunding

We stopped rather than guess. Either a refund is on its way to your refund address, or a person is looking at the order. Keep the ID and get in touch if it stays that way.

Answers

The questions people ask most

Do I need an account, a wallet connection or ID?

No account, no sign-up, no ID verification. That is the whole point of how this works. You get a quote and send funds to the address we give you, from wherever you are sending them: an exchange, an app, another wallet.

How long does it take?

Once your deposit is confirmed on-chain, the bridge itself is usually quick. Check your order page for live status; it updates on its own while the page is open.

How long is my quote valid?

30 minutes on most networks, and the order page shows the clock running down. If it runs out before you send your deposit, just get a new one; rates can move in the meantime. The same clock is how long we watch your deposit address.

Who pays the gas?

Network and gas fees are already factored into the numbers you see when you get a quote. The amount shown is what you are aiming to receive, nothing extra to pay on top.

The price moved after my quote.

Crypto prices and bridge costs can shift slightly between getting a quote and your deposit confirming on-chain. Expect what you receive to be close to the estimate, not identical. Just before we bridge we ask for a fresh quote, and if it would pay you more than 1 % less than you were quoted, the order stops rather than quietly paying you less.

I sent on the wrong network.

Please only send funds on the exact chain shown for your order; deposit addresses are specific to one network. If you have already sent on the wrong one, tell us your order ID in the chat right away so we can see what is possible.

I sent the wrong amount.

Try to send as close to the exact quoted amount as possible. If you have already sent a different amount, let us know your order ID in the chat and we will sort out the best way to handle it.

Can I reuse a deposit address?

No. Each order gets its own one-time deposit address. Do not reuse an old one for a new order, or send a second deposit to an address you have already used.

Who holds my funds?

Nothing of yours is connected, approved or stored: you send from your own wallet, exchange or app, the same as any other transfer. Your deposit passes through us just long enough to be bridged, or refunded. There is no account balance sitting with us.

What does "needs attention" or "refunding" mean?

A person is involved rather than the machine. Neither means your money is gone; it means we have stopped rather than done something we were not sure about. Keep your order ID and get in touch if it stays that way.

Is there a minimum or a maximum?

We only bridge where at least $3 arrives after fees, and orders go up to $500,000. Under the minimum, the quote form tells you. Over the maximum, ask in the chat.

Where is my order?

Paste your order ID above or on the swap page, or use the order status link you were given right after creating the order. If you have lost the ID, look in your browser history for this site: the order page address contains it.

Which chains and tokens are supported?

The dropdown on the quote form always reflects exactly what is available right now. Chains and tokens get added or adjusted over time, so that is the source of truth rather than any fixed list.
