API

Sign in to your API account.

Your key and its status, the limits on your account, the address your fee is paid to, your webhook, and the orders your integration has created. Signing in here is for partners who have been through onboarding; it is not the customer swap page, and it never asks for a wallet.

Accounts are issued at onboarding, one conversation with a person — there is no sign-up form, because every account can create orders that move real funds. Ask for one.
Behind the sign-in

What your account carries

Everything the API documentation describes, in one place, for your integration only.

Your key

Its last four characters, when it was issued and when it was last used. The key itself is shown once, at onboarding, and never again by us.

Your orders

Every order your key created, its state and its transaction hashes, with a date range you can export for reconciliation.

Your fee

The basis points agreed at onboarding, the address it is paid to, and what each completed order earned you.

Your webhook

The URL we call, whether the last deliveries succeeded, and what to retry if your endpoint was down.

Trouble signing in

Three things it is usually

You have not been onboarded yet

There is no self-serve sign-up. Tell us what you are integrating on the API page and you get an account and a key in one conversation.

You are in the wrong place

Customers never sign in anywhere on this site. If you are trying to find an order, paste its ID on the support page — no account needed.

Something else

Ask in the support chat, bottom right. Say which account you are signing in as and a person will sort it out, or write to support@spanswap.com.
